Description
Paddle dryer have blade inside the device, the wet material is stirring with the paddle, full contact with the hot surface and the heat carrier, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. It's a low-speed stirring dryer. The structure is generally horizontal, double-axis or four-axis.
Paddle dryer type is hot air type and conduction type, hot air type means the material is in contact with each other by a heat carrier (eg hot air) and dried with, the heat conduction type means in contact with each other not the carrier material but with the hot surface of the material. Conduction type advantage is that the material cannot easily be contaminated, less exhaust, high heat efficiency, the volume is relatively small, is conducive to energy conservation and the prevention of air pollution.
Application:
Plastic, resin products, inorganic chemicals, fertilizers, feed, food, chemical fiber, dyes, starch, drain sludge and other products drying.
