Description
The machine consists of vessel, spiral mixing blade and transmission system. The spiral blade is double or triple layers normally. The outer layer of screw accumulate the material into the middle from both sides, the inner layer of screw transport the material to both sides from the middle, it form the convection.
 
 
Applications
The ribbon mixer normally is used for mixing the viscous or cohesive powder and add the liquid or pasty material into the powder. Meantime because the viscous material is difficult to clean, it is suitable for this situation: big capacity, do not change the product type frequently.
