The bulk packing equipment is designed in the structure of double - layers pipe casings inside and outside, the bulk head and inner materials pipe casing are both metallic structures which are abrasion resistant. The outer soft pipe is made of polyester canvas that is folding resistant. It has a long service life and stable lifting force. While going up and down, the bulk head keeps no quick movement or no deflection. The whole working procedures are in sealed condition and also equipped with dust catching system.
The materials level gauge works in touching and inductive mode, and its operation is sensitive and reliable. It had a long service life, and the control system is equipped with automatic electric control box.
The machine also has been applied in the industries of construction, metallurgy, coal, chemistry and etc., for loading the powder materials to the vehicles or vessels.
