Roller is installed on the tilted frame. The motor is connected with gearbox which is connected with drum through coupling, which drive the drum rotate with its axis. When the material go into the drum, due to the inclination and rotation of drum, the material will turn and roll, it let the qualified material pass through the rear end of drum, the unqualified will exit from the outlet at bottom. Based on the material character, the rapping device can be set intermittence or continuous cleaning to avoid mesh block. It let the material pass through mesh smoothly.
Characteristics Not easy to block the mesh, it is suitable for classifying the material whose water content is high or easy block the mesh. Smooth operation, low noise. Low maintenance rate. It doesn't need high maintenance skill. Simple structure, convenient maintenance. The sealing cover is fast operation structure, easy to collect dust and repair and change sieve.
