Fly ash treatment production line process is simple, advanced technology, full automatic control, low energy consumption, large capacity. The entire equipment process mainly by the material storage system, batching system, mixing system, forming maintenance systems, convey systems, automatic control system and etc.
1) Storage system: means for receiving and storage of fly ash, cement and medicament. Fly ash Storage Silo design roof ESP, continuous level meter, configure the silo wall insulation, cone electric heating, ventilation dehumidification, air broken arch and other devices. Cement silo and medicament silo design roof ESP, level meter, broken arch and other devices.
2) Batching system: According to the ratio setting by the control system, each screw conveyor transport materials to measuring scale for measurement.
3) Mixing system: mixing various powder materials, use double-shaft paddle weightlessness mixer, short mixing time, and high efficiency.
4) Forming maintenance system: Let the treated fly ash by molding curing, easy to transport to the landfill.
5) Convey systems: Two kinds of trucks, one is stirred type, similar with concrete mixer; the other is flatbed truck which based on the size of the molding materials to transport the finished product to the destination.
6) Automatic control system: The IPC interface control package of engineering equipment, fly ash treatment process without direct contact with people, intelligent process and automation.
Advantages and features
